Malt Barley Public House in the south end of Kitchener

Malt Barley is located at 1187 Fischer-Hallman Road.

They focus on serving comfort food in a Celtic pub environment.

Their goal is for people to experience gourmet home-style cooking in a bar setting.

They have daily specials, game nights for sports watchers, drinks and entertainment on some nights.

The Mussels: Succulent, juicy, meaty and seasoned to perfection.

Parsley and the tomato were mixed in the perfect amounts.

Accompanied by their signature garlic bread as a compliment.

The Wings: Served every day and discounted on Wednesdays.

Meaty, juicy and done just the way you like it. You get celery, carrot sticks and garlic bread.

I chose the hottest flavour, "The Knock Out" and it was hot, as promised.

Creamy Tomato Dill Soup: I love my tomato soup and this one did not disappoint me.

The dill was not overpowering and neither was the cream. Just a hint of the cream.

Perfectly creamy enough with tomato richness.

Williams Burger: It looks delicious and tastes great. Love at first sight. One of those.

The layers entice you. It's just what a burger should look like.

When you try to bite into it, you discover the balance of all the juicy and meaty flavours in your mouth.

Bon Appétit!
